I found an online converter, but have a project involving crunching down a lot of really large QTs for a big online site I'm working on. I can use adobe media encoder for creating the MP4 for the flash video portion, but need to do decent .ogg files.

What's the best way to do this? It doesn't have to be free, but if it's paid, I'd like it to be something long term and lots of options in the 'crunch'.
