advice for avoiding headaches

to all switchers, get applecare.


it may seem like alot of money, but apple has the worst tech support ever, and with no apple care the tech support is non exsistent.

do yourself a favour, get applecare. without it apple will just push your problem aside and leave you banging your head. also worst phone service ever.

resolved indeed, thanks to some help from northstar computers, a authorized apple reseller in toronto.

basically, the system went into a single user boot mode dos type sceen, and he just typed in some command and it ran.
