I use refit on my work macbook pro (late 2010 model, 17-inch) to dual boot between lion and ubuntu.

I just recently used bootcamp to dual boot between lion and windows 7 on my personal macbook pro (early 2010 model, 17-inch).

Does anyone know if I can now install refit after the fact to manage the boot environment or will I need to re-partition/re-install the operating systems?

Thx for any info..

Nope... just install rEFIt and let it "find" the boot sectors for Lion and Win 7. It'll automatically setup the menu. You may have to tinker around a bit with the "refit.conf" file in order to get the proper sort order and layout for your menu. Takes a bit of experimenting but with nice results.
