I set up a new printer on my parents computer which is connected to the same router - I set it up via wifi and it's working fine. Today I noticed that under "shared" on my computer, lists the printer as well as something else (just letters/numbers) - these appear of my parents computer as well under "shared". I have printer sharing turned off on both computers so I don't know why I am seeing this. Also, if I click on the printer name it states "connection failed" on both computers and the other one states I'm connected as a "guest". I don't want the computers connected in any way so is there a way to remove this? It's not a big deal, I just clearly don't understand anything about network/printer sharing. Any help would be appreciated.
