first time i've posted in here, and the ironic thing is i'm not a switcher, i've used macs my whole life, but its a pretty easy quesiton and should get some attention here.

lately, i can't minimize my windows. i've always been able to but sometimes, in safari right now the option is darkedned out, i can't even minimize, and in other applications its not blacked out it just will not minimize! any ideas as to how to fix it?

thanks...

It did that to me when I had WindowShadeX installed.
It was a weird program.
It came on that CD that MacAddict sends with their 'zines.
It didn't do what they said it would do.
So if you have that program, that could be it...

You have restarted right? I had this problem and I cant remember if the problem was fix by restarting or repairing permissions.

Did you try installing the bootleg copy of FrontRow that's floating around? If so, there were instructions that told people to copy a "new" version of the BezelServices framework that caused this issue.

You'll need to install the original version back in order to fix it.

BTW, you don't need the "new" bezelservices to use FrontRow....just and FYI.
