Quindar beep in MIDI

I've been looking for the Quindar beep in MIDI format.
(Quindar is that beep you hear at the end of NASA voice transmissions)
I'd like to use that sound on my cell phone.
The problem is that my phones notification sound has to be in MIDI format.
If anyone knows of a link I'd appreciate it
