How can I manually eject a cd from a macbook pro? It would not boot up so I inserted theTech Tool cd into the slot, shut down the Macbook. I then restarted and at the tone pressed and held the "C" - it would nor boot on the cd. Now, it still won't boot on the internal drive or on the cd. What do I do now? Take it to the Apple Store?

You can eject the disc by holding down the mouse button as the computer boots. That should force it out.

When you say it won't boot, how far along does the process get? Did you do anything to your machine just before this happened?

Nope, it will not boot at all. I have an appointment at the Apple Store tomorrow. Problem solved. LOL
