time capsule

my time capsule has stopped allowing the internet connection through and asking for a guest password which is not setup. How do you over come this isssue.

Is the status light on your TC ever been a solid blue ?
If the answer to the above is yes then a passworded guest account was set up.
If you want to reset the password on a TC use a ballpoint pen or paperclip and locate
the small hole on the back push it in lightly for one second if longer it will reset all.
