Sharing iPhoto album over 3 user profiles on same machine?

I'm 4 days into my new mac mini running lion. I, as the admin, have access to the iPhoto albums but the other 2 profiles don't.
How do i set up so we can all have access from our own profiles.
Have searched on line but to no avail.
Any help greatly appreciated.
