Just a little terminology "head's up":

- Mac Pro = desktop computer
- MacBook = a recently discontinued line of Apple notebook computers
- MacBook Pro = a current line of Apple notebook computers

All three of these terms were used in this thread (including the title)...thus it sounds like we're talking about three different computers...instead of one!;)

Congrats on your purchase,:)

I took the liberty of fixing your thread title. Yes - once you get your MBP - it'll be a matter of setting up iCloud on the MBP - and then deciding if you want Photostream in iPhoto or Aperture - and everything will just 'show up'.

Congrats on the new machine. :)

Thank you both ;)

I can't wait to start using it ;)

Since the new iOS 5 update none of my devices are seeing home sharing so I'm hoping it will fix that problem too as my current main computer is a 1 gig Samsung notebook
