I guess my question is (since no one at your "Geek Squad" probably even knew what they were looking at when the customer first brought this in)...What did the customer state the problem was...and what did the "Geek Squad" do about it???

Doesn't the Geek Squad manual cover this? You simply need to demonstrate proper operating procedure for a machine of that vintage. Walk the customer over to the nearest door and wedge the machine between the door bottom and the floor, thereby keeping the door open. That should be worth at least $200, assuming you bundle the "diagnostic" fee, right?

That mac is so old, it's almost ancient looking!

I remember the Commodore 64. Was my first ever computer and it cost the parents quite a penny or two. I still remember writing Basic on it and making HangMan games for the class mates so we had something to do in computer class.
Classic and wish i still had it.

Ahhh Memories ;)

In that case, mine was powered mainly by pizza and beer . . . .. O:)

I bet a lot of it's "friends" were also powered by a lot of "pizza & beer"!;)
