Just got a Macbook Pro with outlook 2011. I often get attachments that are links to web pages to view and download PDF files. I made the mistake of choosing a function that requires the files to be saved before viewing. When I chose this setting there was instructions on where to go to change it back so that when I click on the attachment or Preview it will open rather than saving. I did not pay attention to those instructions. Does anyone know how to make it so when I click on the attachment it opens instead of forcing me to save it?
