Does anyone know if there is an email address to contact Apple? I can't find anything on their site...

I just want a few questions answered regarding sales.

I still couldn't find anywhere to email them. I already had seen that website. I only saw phone numbers and FAQs.

It all depends on what you are going to be asking them. They have specific places for specific questions. Your Sales question is just too vague.

Alright I've heard of some other people have very recently bought Powerbooks and they say that Apple is letting them trade them in for new ones. I would like to contact Apple to confirm whether this is true or not (since I recently bought one).

Make the call, I believe talking to a person is better. Plus you will get a faster response.

If it is within 14 (or maybe it is 21) days you can return it and get a new one. Otherwise you are pretty much out of luck

Go to www.apple.com/go/transition and enter your Apple ID and order number and that will tell you if your eligible or not.
