Hi, I'm soon going to buy a Mac I will be using it for a long term, I'm a high school sophomore and want a laptop to last at least 5-6 years so what's more reliable in the long run MacBook pro or MacBook air ?

MBP 2.3 Ghz 4GB RAM 860 GB SSD, iMac 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 32GB RAM, Fusion Drive 1TB
Either one is fine. The Pro would be better in the long run because you can upgrade it more readily.
