Outlook 2011 using a exchange 2010 account for Mac OS X on MBA.
The exchange account had worked fine until a Group Policy password enforcement went into effect.
Since then it will continue to prompt at random, enough to annoy the end user for the password. Selecting remember password or add to keychain doesn't last for long.
I tried deleting the keychain, verifying it , repairing it ( no problems found )
last I reset defaults on the keychain, to seemed to work for a few hours and then started to prompt.
I also added a additional profile in Outlook , set it as default, added the exchange account successfully to the new profile, and the prompt still occurred.
That rules out the Outlook profile and the keychain, is there some other auth method I am missing?
Anything I missed?
