Obviously this isn't a typical Apple rumor, but I definitely am not comfortable with calling it fact.

Edge Tech Corp is claiming to offer RAM at prices of only a few dollars. I found an iMac G5 (non-DDR2) DIMM for like five bucks. Is this simply a hoax? Am I missing something? Is it JUST the stick that the memory goes on, without the memory itself? And it's not just that particular one. ALL of their RAM seems to be priced that way. Here's the link to that particular one.

I see the price for that 1GB PC3200 module as $158.72, which is far from a good deal.

Whoa, that's so strange. I do now, too. 20 minutes ago I checked repeatedly and it was 5.01. Now I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.
