My uncle just gave me his old mac. It is the kind that is all curvy and clear and has the handles on the corners. I would like to have the option to use the monitor with my pc, but it looks like the monitor cable also provides power and usb to the monitor. Are there any adapters for this?

Need to know a lot more regarding the monitor model you have. Apple made a lot of different monitors over the years.

It says "Studio Display." The connector has 35 pins, 30 in a 3x10 configuration, one large flat one, and four around the flat one

Sounds like it is Apple ADC connection and that will work only with a Mac card with an ADC port. Another option is purchasing an ADC/DVI converter but honestly for a display that old, not worth the cost.

Agreed with the above.

About the only place you're going to find the adapter you need is ebay. They've been going for $90-$150. They look like this one, not this one. The first one supplies power to the monitor, the 2nd one was for connecting to a computer that had a ADC port, not a monitor.
