I did a search and it seems Toast will do this but it is $80. A google search seems to point to a bunch of different company websites promoting their programs.

I don't need any fancy features all I want to do is download youtube videos and burn them to a DVD for playback in a standard dvd player.

Any recommendations on a cheap way to do this?

Or your can use MPEGStreamclip to convert the downloads to Quicktime, and then use iDVD.
