Upgraded to Lion & new HDD...but no VirtualBox with Windows

I upgraded to Lion and a new HDD.

I just checked my Windows XP installation in VirtualBox but it won't start up.

I used Migration Assistant to transfer my backed up data to my new HDD.

1. Did Migration Assistant recreate the partition I had on my old hard drive?
2. Do I just need to reinstall Windows?

Migration Assistant cannot handle the Windows Partition. Do a new install.

Before this go into System Preferences and see if the XP partition is listed under Startup Disk.
