I am very new with Mac. I have MS Office for the Mac and thought I would have time to figure things out. Unfortunately, I have a statistics class that relies heavily on Excel and I am totally lost. I need to be able to add the "data analysis toolpak" and the only instructions given are all for PC. I need to be able to create histograms. Can anyone tell me the best place to get information on how to do this?? I really don't want to have to go back to my old laptop for homework!!

It may help to let us know what version of MS Office/Excel for Macintosh you are using.

Interesting - I went to look for it and sure enough - it's not there. That's disappointing as it's quite useful. Check out this link for suggested workarounds - I can't find the Analysis ToolPak

You will find some of the statistical features of the toolpak as standard functions in Excel for Mac - but definitely not all of them.
