Finding tempo of classical music

i have to edit some classical music.

i know nothing of the genre.

is there a way in Pro Tools or any editor where i can calculate the time signature or tempo of music that jumps all over the place?

are there any additional programs where you can drag a file in a it will automatically calculate the time signature for you?
