I think i have a key logger i really need some help

Basically i visited a site off youtube description for about 5 seconds and realised this could be potentially dangerous so clicked off straight away and i looked on the youtube videos comments saying key logger i ran a full scan on my kaspersky antivirus software and it said 2 harmful things were found / disinfected but im really not sure what to do please comment to help me

For a key logger to be running/installed, you would've actually needed to download something that requires installation and usually your password to install..so if none of those things happened, then you don't have a key logger..
