MS Outlook export to different email program . . . HELP!

So I finally switched over last week to from PC to a ibook G4. I'm beginning to really like Macs, but one thing I really need help on is how to export Outlook to another email program. I'm a heavy email user but need to export it to Eudora, Mail, or the MS Entoruage.

Any ideas or links where it give really good explanation.

um, I suggest Mail, its got wonderful junk mail filters.. (they learn from you!)

and www.versiontracker.com will have plenty of email porters...
