When searching for answers I found this information on this site:

* Windows discs that came with another computer may not be used with Boot Camp for both technical and legal reasons, although you may use a non-branded OEM disc (also known as "OEM for System Builders").

What does it mean?

Shall I buy fresh, new disc of W7?
Where can I get OEM disc?

Thanks.

Ok, thanks.
The same applies if I would like to use VMFusion, Paralell or VirtualBox?

Yes, you're going to need a legitimate copy of Windows. You can't move a Dell, HP, etc branded disc to another machine.

The same applies with the OEM disc cwa has pointed you to. That version of Windows is tied to the machine it is first activated on. If you want to be able to move Windows from machine to machine (not use it simultaneously on more than one) then you'll have to purchase the full version.

Yes, that will be OK since it's a full install OEM version. It really should say "System Builder's" OEM since it would be a one time install that can not be moved to another machine. See this Amazon US LINK.
