deleting rss threads

on my menu bar have sites:
popular & news, the news has 225 rss feeds, can i delete the feeds after I have ready them, and if so how do you do it?.... assume it is a bookmark feature, and can view them or open all in tabs, but cannot delete them?

Well - once you open that particular feed - it should show as read. If you want to actually delete the feed, just click on Bookmarks>Show all bookmarks and then you'll be able to select whatever feed you want and delete it.
