    Therefore to clarify:
    • You may not discuss breaking DVD or BluRay encryption, copying, or "ripping" commercial, copy-protected DVDs.
    • This includes DVDs or BluRays you own. Even if you own the DVD or BluRay, it is still technically illegal under the DMCA to break the encryption. While some may argue otherwise, until the law is rewritten or the US Supreme Court strikes it down, we will adhere to the current intent of the law.

DVD Movie not mounting

Hello,

I just purchased a 'Family Guy' DVD (Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story) and it refuses to mount. I have also am experiencing the same problems with my copy of "The Increadibles", which is odd in that I have viewed that movie on my Mac several times over the past few months and now it is acting up. Now all of my other 200+ DVD collection seem to be playing with no problems, just these 2. Might this be an indication that my DVD player is becoming sick, or might it be that the DVD refuses to reckonize these discs? I seem to recall reading somewhere that Macs will not read a certain brand of discs, though I do not recall which brand

My Mac specs on on the side in my profile.

Any assitance, tips or suggestions are most apperciated.

Regards,

Thomas
