Messed up whole laptop

I tried installing windows but it crashed halfway through. now when i start up my macbook it brings me to the windows installation place and it doesnt install properly. I tried restting my mac with the CD but that doesnt work.

what can i do?

First, try resetting the PRAM. See if you can boot to OS X normally.

If you still can't boot to OS X, it's possible you may have overwritten your OS X partition. If that's what happened, you'll need to reinstall.

And if you don't know how to get back to OS X; reboot, press and hold down the option key.
