First, I apologize if this has been covered!
I have a very specific problem: I am without my MBP for about a month (it's already gone) -- I have my MBP/iTunes Library backed up on an external drive. I want to import my iTunes Library from that drive to my Win 7 PC. Does anyone know how to either do this, or a good alternative?
So far, I've tried to connect the Mac external drive to my PC, but of course, the PC won't recognize it or open it -- therefore, I couldn't copy the files over. Next, I connected my iPod -- my PC said it needed to be reformatted for Windows or restored as a windows ipod before it would synch. I did not do this, as I assumed it would wipe the info.
Need your expertise -- thank you!
Ed
