Accessing Windows Hard Drive from MAC OS

Hello everyone
I use both windows and mac os through boot camp in my mac. I just want to access my windows hard drive folders and files whenever i am on mac os. is there any way to do this other than parallels?thanks

There are a number of solutions to reading and writing NTFS volumes. Although it is not free, the best of those solutions in my opinion is Paragon NTFS. Once installed, not only will it allow you to read/write to your Boot Camp volume, but also any external hard drives you might connect.
