Mac Mini Dual Displays Question

I just hooked my Mac Mini up to my 32 in. TV and my 22 in. monitor. Does anyone know how to set the TV screen as the main window? At the moment the monitor is where the dock and toolbar are located. I want to get those onto the TV. I've played around with the display settings but can't figure out how to switch the two. Any help or tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
Open up System Preferences, Displays, and drag the top menu from your 22" monitor to the 32" TV display.
