audio clip with noise

i play a game called geocaching.
im working on a puzzle which has many many parts to it.
one part of the puzzle has an audio clip that has noise in it
and in the background there is a morse code message. which i need
to decode. but i cant hear it clearly. i need to take out the noise and slow it down to understand it.
could anyone help me out with it.

If the noise is of the "white noise" variety (ie static, et al), then a simple white noise filter such as what would be provided with Amadeus Pro ($40, free trial available) should do the trick.
