I just reformatted my h.disk, and have all the necessary update. now i'm having this problem when i restart my ibook.
This "world" icon blinks, and sometimes this other icon with a "?" appears too.

You have the startup disk set to Network Startup. If you hold down the 'Option' key while booting it should show you a list of available disks to boot from. You should be able to choose your HD and change it that way.
