Need Advice Which Power Mac to get!!

I am going to get a new power mac real soon and would like input on which of the three I need.

I want to do audio work with it and a little amateur/pro photo work.
I want it to last as long as possible ie. not be outdated quickly.
How much ram?
HD space is no consideration I will have a huge file server almost 1TB. It is a little large for music stuff but I plan on creating a huge archive for my data.

EDIT: Also what kind of video card should i get and how much ram would i need at least 1 gig maybe more??

well all PMs have dual processors now and as you want to do audio and photo work id get the base PM with 2Gb of ram (buy from else where though it will save you money) and then upgrade the GFX card to how much you wallet will allow
