Hi, I wonder if anyone has an answer to this odd problem.

My wife's new website has gone live but neither her nor I can access it from our macbook pros running 10.6.7

1. We can visit site using proxy sites
2. Have flushed dns
3. deleted cache
4. tried safari, firefox, chrome and stainless
5. run onyx
6. checked with host to see if ip is being blocked..it isn't
7. called my isp who are baffled
8. tried wifi and ethernet
9. no problems with any other website

Today I have gone into the office and I can't get my MBP to access the site either using ethernet although the office pc can access the site.

Any help would be gratfully received as I am stumped :-(

Thanks

Hi any chance you could post the website here then we can see if we can access it or not too.

Cheers

Nice site, pictures look amazing. I just used Google Chrome to see it and that seemed to work no problem.
Have you tried Resetting Safari? Open Safari go to Safari > Reset Safari... then check all the boxes and reset it. See if that works at all.

It certainly ius amazing what can be done with them!
I'm afraid this has also stumped me, i'm sure someone else can chime in with a few suggestions shortly though.

Solved! dns was set to ns63.domaincontrol.com and not to ns1 and ns2 of the host company.
