Converting text data or image into a soundfile?

hello everybody! i need your help for my, let say, "experimental problem". I`m searching for a stand-alone program or plugin .... which allows me to convert data from a txt file like this:

7292, -0.16661562, 0.21128741, 0.9969548
7293, -0.16610703, 0.21736899, 0.9939117
7294, -0.16560155, 0.22341357, 0.9908871
7295, -0.16509913, 0.22942145, 0.9878808

into a sound file.

I don´t mean that a computer voice should tell me / read me those numbers - I`m searching more for a way to convert those data into something called sound/ noise / music.
Or maybe it could be convert into a midi file, with i can use in a music program like ableton to play with a software music instrument.

also i would like to do the same thing with a jpg picture to sound.

I know there must be something like this but i didn´t find any good result on google.

Quick help is welcome and sorry for my bad english..

Sound files, MIDI, WAV and so on have a particular format to the data..why would you want to arbitrarily convert text to a sound file?

If you happened to have a sound file depicted in those text files, then you'll most likely have to whip something up to do the conversion..

I can't imagine that anyone has gone out and created an application for this purpose..
