Dumb question about transferring information

My husband is getting a new MBP next week. We've already paid for Apple One on One, so we're getting the local Apple store to do the transfer of stuff from his PC to the MBP. My question is: Will they transfer his iTunes music/apps/iPhone info to his new MBP?? Sorry, don't know which stuff the store will transfer and which they won't.

I want to make this as easy as possible for him so his first Apple experience will be a good one

I'd assume that they would transfer everything since you're paying for it.

I know for a fact they won't transfer everything, for instance they won't transfer any Quicken or Turbotax files. Just didn't know if they would transfer iTunes
