Apple is one of dozens of defendants named in a new bizarre lawsuit that seeks a whopping $75 billion in return for claims of civil rights violations, conspiracy and fraud, to name a few.
Well, I just read over that thing twice, and I still can't believe what I read...must read a third time. This is a prime example of a pessimist who has too much money, and a brain that is way over crowded with thoughts of deceit. 75 BILLION??? GTH outta here!!

There are *nuts* who go around filing worthless lawsuits all the time. The cited article said:
"Whitehead has a long legal history in which he has filed countless lawsuits..."
These suits are usually pretty quickly dismissed.
The only question I have is why this kook hasn't been labeled a "vexatious litigant" by the courts already, so that he can't keep on filing suits like this that waste time and money. (Or...it might be that he *has*, and it just doesn't make for a good story to include that fact.)
