iWeb & Cyberduck - help please !

Hello,

I have created a new website on iWeb and I want to replace my old site and upload this new version. I have just switched hosts and they use CPanel (they are justhostme.co.uk). I have never used cyberduck before and am completely lost. I have saved my website to a local folder but when I connect on cyber duck there are all sorts of folders there and I am not sure what to delete and what and where to save the new files (and which ones)!

Can anyone help!

Is one of the folders 'www'? If so, place your files in that one.

Thanks. Do I put all the folders in here or just the files that are in the folders. When I save my iWeb pages to a local folder, it creates a number of files and folders. Thanks again. JC.
