shock problem....

hi everyone...
there is a strange thing happening to my macbookair...whenever i plug it to charge the whole outer body gives current..is it normal...this doesnot happen when i plug the 3pin socket....and also whenever i click on my trackpad it gives a sound of taktak..????
i dont have any frnds who own any apple laptops so wanted to clarify and there is no authorised service center near to 700kms from where i am located

1. Stop shuffling your feet on the carpet.
2. By "three pin socket" I'm assuming you mean "grounded" so really you should be using that. It sounds like your other outlet isn't properly grounded.
