My MacBookPro has had an internet connection problem over the last month or so, and I have yet to have it professionally looked at. What it does is it picks up the connection, has excellent strength, and drops out momentarily. Even when it gives strong signal strength I can't get on to the internet browser. What I want to know is if this is a fault of the MacBookPro, my main desktop computer, which has direct internet from the Ethernet, or my wireless devices which my laptop used to use to connect to the internet. I am reading the signal strength from my AirPort, and when the internet drops out, it puts an exclamation mark over the AirPort symbol. Any helpful suggestions are appreciated. I also have the privilage of this being a school computer, as I'm a student, and can have the IT department look at it if you suggest so. I simply haven't done so already because I figure it can't be that hard if it is the Macbook's fault.
