PC locks up accessing harddrive thru Airport Extreme

I installed Airport Extreme and an external USB Harddrive. The Mac reads its fine and one of my PC's. However, my other PC locks up as soon as I open Explorer to access the external HD. This is the same PC that was locking up when I tried to read a certain flash drive. Anyone know what's up?
