I needed to reinstall XP sp3 due to BSOD. So I utilized bootcamp assistant to delete the previous XP partion, and then I proceeded to recreate a new partion. I inserted the installation disc for XP and went through the installation process. Windows prompted to reboot to continue the installation process after reboot XP prompt did not return to continue the installation process. This brought about the "Disk Error" message on a black screen. Can anyone help with this particular issue?

I have never heard of that one before. I would go back to the Boot Camp Assistant and try to reinstall one more time with out deleting the partition.
