Hi
I want to burn a dvd on my powerpc powerbook, running Leopard, that will play on a nonmac home dvd player. Is this possible? I've burned normally to dvd and the files weren't visible when played on the dvd player.

Just download it, it has a dvd tab among other so that you can burn different types of disks

Managed to download Burn and successfully recorded to player. Just one more query though, when played back on player any bright white areas get black pixals flickering almost as if the pixals have reversed. Any ideas on that?

What's your source for the files that you are burning? If you're using iMovie then iDVD will do the job for you.
