I don't know about the Lenevo all in one but Sony has had several models that qualify. But they don't even come close to the iMac and they were quite expensive. I don't think Apple has anything to be concerned about with that kind of competition. :)

That last comment in the article hit the mark. It's got a bit of style, of course borrowed from Apple aesthetics, but it is still running Windows, which is the #1 reason to switch to using a Mac.

Put it this way, if Microsoft had the edge in terms of aesthetics and design for the hardware their OS gets put on, and Apple had to rely on third party manufacturer's for the generic designs of their hardware, yet the OS's remained the same... Guess which machine I'd be using ? I'd not miss having a pretty machine for people to fawn over, either.

It's like the old saying... You can put makeup on a pig, but it's still a pig underneath it all.

To me, the iMac is like a Porsche GT3…anything with Windows is like a Hummer H2. Bloated, slow and not much potential in…well anything.
