Yes me. i thought they'd have phones where you'd have the choice to install different versions of the OS pre-installed at different prices.

They will, but they'll still be cheap. The Phone Ultimate (Hereafter refereed to as the "Pu") will retail for $39.95

They pay you to take the phone. Oh yeah wait, MS already did that with those concert tickets on the W7 phone launch.
