Well, I don't see an iSight lens on the top bezel. Or the "MacBook Pro" label below the screen.
Hard to tell...

I'm sure it very well could be, as this wouldn't be the first time Mac logos, or distinctive mac features, have been edited out. I wouldn't hold my breath though...
