New Macbook Pro and Old Printer

I didn't install anything onto my new mac. I just plugged in the usb from my old printer and printing works. Now I need to scan something but I can't figure out how to do that. I don't have any apps or icons on my mac to access my printer. Can anyone help me out please? Thank you.

I have a Macbook Pro and my printer is an Epson Stylus CX3800.

I know it's for the CX4800 but will be relevant for the 3800 too.
Scroll down to the Macintosh drivers, contained in some are the relevant scan utilities.

What I did was in System Preferences go to Print & Fax then there should be a place that says scan then go from there, it's super easy.
