Toast 6 - User Agreement/cd Key

I've loaded Toast 6, accepted the user agreement, typed in my name, company info and CD Key (yes, I typed it correctly), but it doesn't give me the option to continue. The continue botton is grey'd out. What's wrong? Roxio's website isn't helpful.

Have you tried puttin in the CD key with and without the dashes? I forget if they require them or not

Also, make sure you're not confusing the letter "O" and/or the number "0".
