Icons at Restart

Not sure if I just didn't noticed them or I did something to my Mini that these ICONS (small Mac Logo, Globe, Folder) appear when I turn on/restart it...!!!

Is there normal...when you make changes to the system. If not how do I disable it

You messed up your startup disk options. Go to System Preferences -> Startup Disk and select your OS X folder
