Help with extracting a .bin file?

I'm trying to help my mom with a problem that has rendered her Power Mac unable to start up. She asked me to download Disk First Aid 8.6.1 and burn it on a cd for her. However, I can only find Disk First Aid downloadable as a .bin (binary archive), and I'm a Windows user. I can't find any programs for Windows that can expand a .bin file, and obviously she can't do it because her computer is dead. Thus I would be extremely grateful if someone could extract the file and then send it to [email protected], or find me a Windows-compatible program that can extract it.
The download is here (file size approx. 650K): http://download.info.apple.com/Appl...s/Disk_First_Aid/Disk_First_Aid_8.6.1.smi.bin

Thanks a lot in advance. :mac:
